Agent & Reseller Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yetlix agent and reseller platform ("Platform"), operated by Yetlix ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering as an agent, sub-agent, or distributor, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for, or continue using, the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including business/company details, PAN, GST (where applicable), and identity/address proof.
• Distributors may onboard sub-agents under their network and remain responsible for ensuring those sub-agents comply with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request additional verification for any registration at our sole discretion.

3 Agent Account & Wallet

Each agent is issued a unique agent code and a wallet ("Main Wallet") used to fund bookings made through the Platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable to any account other than your own, except where a distributor transfers balance to a sub-agent within their network via the Platform's transfer feature.
• We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Commission & Markup

• Commission rates and markup structures are set by the Company and/or assigned distributor and may vary by product (flights, hotels, buses, trains) and by agent tier.
• Markup packages configured by a distributor apply only to agents within that distributor's network.
• Commission and markup rates may be revised from time to time; changes apply prospectively to bookings made after the effective date of the revision.
• Any commission shown in the Platform prior to booking confirmation is indicative and subject to final supplier confirmation.

5 Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, bus, or rail operator), including their fare rules and cancellation policies.
• You are responsible for verifying passenger details, travel dates, and fare conditions with your customer before confirming a booking.
• Cancellations, refunds, and date changes are processed subject to supplier policy and any applicable Platform processing fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation where possible.
• The Company is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you or your customer at the time of booking.

6 Payments, Payouts & Fund Requests

• Wallet top-ups may be made through the payment methods supported on the Platform. Funds are credited after successful verification of payment.
• Fund requests submitted through the Platform are reviewed and approved at the Company's discretion and may require supporting documentation.
• Commission payouts (where applicable) are processed on the cycle communicated to you at onboarding or as updated from time to time.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any credit resulting from a technical error, fraud, or duplicate transaction.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent fares, availability, or supplier terms to your customers.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or circumventing supplier fare rules.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's systems or security.
• Share your agent credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Engage in speculative or fraudulent bookings intended to manipulate commission or wallet balances.

8 Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal and business information you provide (including passenger data you submit on behalf of customers) to operate the Platform, process bookings, and comply with legal obligations. You confirm that you have the necessary consent from your customers to share their information with us for this purpose.

9 Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, supplier failures, or delays outside our reasonable control. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misrepresentation to your customers.

10 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-compliance with verification requirements, or prolonged inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding wallet balance or dues.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [insert city/state].

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
